A widely known online portal famous for providing unique features to students and employees working or studying from home. If you are one of the 145 million users the software has, the following features might help you. 

 

1- Pop-out chat:

If you face issues while chatting and completing your assignments or texting along with accessing files, then this feature can be helpful. Pop-out chat allows you to open an entirely new window of your contact without disturbing the main video.

Just place your cursor over any contact/ group and click on the arrow button, this opens a new window and you are free to text and perform multiple tasks.

2- Disabling GPU hardware acceleration:
  
The heading might seem complicated but, this feature is a lifesaver. If you face some network issues and your teams' application keeps on updating without your permission. then this feature will surely help you. Follow the steps-

 Three dots (near display picture) --> Settings --> General --> Check the box that says Disable GPU hardware acceleration.


3- Testing your audio devices:
   

We all have faced some issues regarding our audio devices. this includes both mic and speaker issues. To prevent any of these issues during your meetings, follow these steps-

 Three dots (near display picture) --> Settings --> Devices --> Choose your audio device(s) --> Make a test call.
